Returns Within 30 Days

You may return your jacket within 30 days from the date it was delivered. This gives you enough time to try it on, check the fit, and make sure the item meets your expectations. To qualify for a return, the jacket must be in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, with no damage, and with all tags intact. We recommend trying the jacket indoors to preserve its condition. Items that show signs of wear, use, or alterations may not be approved for return.

Condition Requirements

To maintain fairness and quality for all customers, returned items must pass our inspection. Jackets with visible wear, strong odors, stains, pet hair, or signs of misuse may be declined. If your item does not qualify, our support team will notify you with a clear explanation.

Return Process

To initiate a return, simply reach out to our support team with your order number and the reason for your request. We will provide step-by-step instructions and the return address. Please note that return shipping fees may apply depending on the situation. Returns are currently available only for customers located in the United States, as this aligns with our shipping coverage.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your returned item, our team will conduct an inspection to verify its condition. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the credit on their end, but Lecini will finalize the refund within the stated timeframe. If your return is declined, we will inform you and explain the reason to keep everything transparent.

Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can be cancelled before they enter the processing or shipping stage. Once your order has been packed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, you may still request a return after the item arrives by following our 30-day return guidelines.
